I have been a client for several years. She is very professional with a compassionate nature. Faith is always cognizant of my comfort and any specific areas of concern. She has helped me recover from a shoulder injury. Also, her massage techniques vary so she is able to address multiple issues that I have had. Her space is always immaculate. Faith is a very important part of my self-care regimen

My Approach

I work with individuals and groups to tune-in to their body using touch, movement and guided attention. In addition to hands-on bodywork, I teach clients somatic movements they can do at home. These tools become powerful ways to relieve pain, keep ourselves moving and feeling better. Grounding practices bring us into our bodies and help us to become more resilient in the face of our life’s challenges. Throughout our lives we can become more comfortable and free.

I believe in the power of our inner-knowing to help guide us towards health and well-being. And so I offer techniques that help develop more self-awareness and allow us to connect to our innate body wisdom. For me, to practice bodywork is to listen deeply to the body and bring consciousness to the processes of life inside of you. Thank you for your interest in working with me and pursuing this healing work.
