My approach uses guided breathwork, gentle rocking, and flowing strokes to allow the body and mind to deeply relax. I incorporate myofascial techniques, active and passive range of motion, and a variety of depths of pressure. My work is slow and detailed, following tissues as they melt and reorganize. My goal is to foster whole-body integration that supports the body’s innate capacity to heal. I want the time we spend together to be a deep system-reset.

I am also pleased to offer cupping, gua sha, and hot stone therapies for advanced pain relief. I use scent-free and hypoallergenic lotion and oil. I can add linaments into your treatment with essential oils and herbal medicinals to promote circulation and healing.

Guided by my own journey of embodiment, I’ve followed a unique path of study of the human body and natural healing. I went to massage school in 2008 after having recovered from a car accident and becoming totally in awe of the healing process. Now, I help people on their journey to feel better in their bodies.

I began my massage career in a chiropractic office, and have also worked at a senior center, in private practice, spa settings, as well as offered in-home services. This has given me the opportunity to work with a great variety of people and conditions.

Issues I have helped to treat include:

  • chronic pain & autoimmune conditions

  • stress, depression, anxiety, and PTSD

  • headaches and concussion symptoms

  • repetitive strain injuries

  • hip and knee replacements

  • through pregnancy and labor

  • people who have physically demanding work environments

  • those going through hormonal changes

I am happy to offer pain management, restoration and emotional support through therapeutic touch and healing presence.

My practice is open and inclusive to all gender expressions and identities! I am happy to wear a mask if requested.
